Quick Take - As a UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, other UX Designers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered experiences for our mobile and web applications. You will be responsible for conducting market and customer research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers to bring designs to life.
The Work - - Conduct market and customer research to understand target customers and their needs and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web applications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design concepts are translated into functional and user-friendly products
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products
- Work closely with the Product Manager to define and articulate product requirements
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
The Must-Haves - - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a B2C or mobile-first environment
- Portfolio that showcases your UX design skills and experience
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
- Experience with design systems and design languages
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice-to-Haves -- Knowledge of front-end development principles and HTML/CSS
- Experience with usability testing and research methods
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
