Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Washington, is seeking a Trauma & Acute Surgeon to join its esteemed team. Kadlec Regional Medical Center is a Level II Trauma designation, one of two in Eastern Washington. Experience a "Best-in-Class" work culture and exceptional quality of life in the vibrant Tri-Cities area of sunny Southeast Washington. * Full-time position * 156 twelve-hour shifts per year; average of 39 shifts per quarter * Experienced preferred * Must be Board Certified in Surgery * Surgical Critical Care or Trauma Fellowship required * Supportive team environment * Compensation is between $508,729 and $655,146 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
