Become a Brand Ambassador for Topo Athletic! 

We're seeking enthusiastic, engaging individuals who are passionate about running and eager to promote a product they believe in.

This supplemental income opportunity involves visiting each store in the market twice per year for 1 hour each visit.  I n select markets there will be event/demo visits once per month. Duration of 2 hours + each.

Topo Athletic, one of the fastest growing running shoe brands in the country is seeking passionate and driven Tech Reps to join their team. In this flexible freelance role, you will become a front-line ambassador for a top-tier running brand, helping drive sales and build awareness in your local community. You'll train staff at local retail stores that stock the brand while collaborating with Topo's internal sales and marketing teams, along with the program managers at ThirdChannel, to execute sales and marketing objectives in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Expert Knowledge: Participate in structured training sessions with the team while conducting your own research and field experience with the products.
• Training Visits: Present product information to retail staff.
• In-store Support: This will include taking photos, conducting inventory audits, performing competitive analysis, and surfacing feedback and insights from employees.
• Brand Growth: Act as an ambassador for Topo Athletic to promote sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with retail experience preferred. Must have previous experience working in a retail environment that specializes in selling running shoes and related footwear
• Strong interpersonal skills, organized, and reliable.
• Access to reliable transportation that included transporting event supplies.
• Must provide two personal or professional references.
• Comfortable with technology to install, and navigate, the ThirdChannel app 
• A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above)

JOB COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position and provides excellent supplemental income 
• Our competitive pay starts at $80/hour and is based on your market and relevant experience. Travel incentive is added to every store visit

• Quarterly video calls with Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build skills
• Immediate start date upon completion of Brand Rep Certification
