Únete a nuestro equipo como Técnico de Mantenimiento y ayuda a conservar comunidades hermosas y bien mantenidas donde los residentes se sientan como en casa.
Buscamos personas motivadas con entre 1 y 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento , ya sea en apartamentos, hoteles, resorts o edificios comerciales.
Realizar reparaciones generales (carpintería, plomería, electricidad, pintura, etc.)
Inspeccionar regularmente los edificios, equipos y áreas comunes
Manejar tareas básicas de HVAC (cambio de filtros, revisión de drenajes)
Mantener las áreas exteriores limpias y seguras (lavado a presión, manejo de basura, apoyo en jardinería)
Ayudar con la preparación de eventos y limpieza después de tormentas, cuando sea necesario
Asegurar que todo el trabajo cumpla con las normas de seguridad (OSHA)

1 año o más de experiencia en mantenimiento o reparaciones generales
Diploma de secundaria o equivalente
Conocimientos básicos de plomería, electricidad y carpintería
Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lb (23 kg) y trabajar en diferentes condiciones climáticas
Actitud positiva y ética de trabajo sólida
(Deseable) Certificación HVAC o CPO
