We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Teaching Assistant to support an adolescent student in their academic and extracurricular journey within a family-based setting. Responsibilities: • Assist in Online Curriculum Delivery: Facilitate the student's understanding of online course materials and ensure effective use of digital learning platforms. • Individualized Learning Support: Develop and implement a tailored approach to address the student's unique educational needs and provide subject-specific tutoring. • Organizational and Time Management Assistance: Help the student organize their learning schedule, manage deadlines, and develop effective study habits. • Communication and Progress Monitoring: Maintain regular updates with parents and instructors on the student's progress and adapt strategies as needed. • Support for Extracurricular Activities: Plan and organize extracurricular activities that align with the student's interests to promote participation and skill development. • Emotional and Social Development Support: Foster a positive learning environment and assist the student in developing social skills through collaborative activities. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred. • Exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills. • Strong understanding of digital learning tools and online platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to motivate and inspire young learners. • Experience in organizing and leading extracurricular activities is a plus. • Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education.
