SURVEY INTERVIEWER – LATIN AMERICA MARKET

Company Overview

HCP Associates is a 38-year-old research-based marketing firm located in the Channelside District of Downtown Tampa. We provide research, strategy, and marketing support to a diverse range of companies within the Tampa Bay Area and beyond.

Position Summary

HCP is currently seeking energetic and professional Survey Interviewers. In this role, you will be dispatched to airport airsides with tablets to conduct surveys with outgoing passengers traveling to Panama City and Mexico City about their purchases. This position is crucial to our data collection efforts and contributes significantly to our market research projects.

We are looking for passionate and energetic team players who can effectively interface with diverse personalities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to multi-task under pressure, and willing to engage with passengers in a busy airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person surveys with outgoing passengers at designated airport locations.
• Utilize provided tablets to accurately record survey responses.
• Approach passengers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of collected data.
• Provide feedback to the research team on survey responses and observed trends.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage diverse individuals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in data collection, market research, or customer service is a plus.
• Must have availability for shifts from noon to 4 PM at least three days per week.

Schedule & Availability

• Timeframe: Data collection is ongoing and continues through early May .
• Shifts: Fixed shift from 12 PM - 4 PM .
• Opportunities: Shifts are daily , and we are prioritizing candidates who can work at least three days per week .
• Note: Applicants should provide their availability to align with the flight schedules we have received.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $25/hour.
• Incentives: Additional incentives may be offered for performance and availability during key times.
