Job Summary

Job Summary

Levy Restaurants Group is seeking dedicated Supervisors and Managers to lead our hospitality operations at premier sports and entertainment venues, including football stadiums, ballparks, and convention centers. These roles are essential in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing event operations, staff management, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.  As a Supervisor or Manager, you will play a hands-on role in driving operational excellence, fostering team collaboration, and delivering memorable moments for fans and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor a team of staff, ensuring alignment with company standards and guest expectations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling of team members.
• Provide clear direction and support to staff during events, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.

Operations Management:

• Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of food and beverage operations at designated areas within the venue.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure all point-of-sale systems and cash-handling procedures are executed accurately and efficiently.

Guest Experience and Service:

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to enhance the fan and guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
