Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects for high-end retail brands. This role involves managing on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail construction and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities for high-end retail projects.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Lead and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any construction-related issues that may arise during the project.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in luxury retail construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to different project sites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with high-end brands such as Gucci, Prada, Dior, and others is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
