Job Overview:

• We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior UX/Product Designer with a strong foundation in User Experience design, Design Thinking, and modern prototyping tools like Figma. This individual will collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and key stakeholders to craft visually appealing, user-centered digital solutions that align with business goals and deliver exceptional experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design roles, preferably in Agile development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and proficiency with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate for the user, with a strong sense of empathy and a user-first mindset.
• Experience illustrating design concepts with storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, and sitemaps.
• Proficient in building responsive and accessible interfaces that align with business and user needs.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams with developers, business analysts, and product managers.

• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging product designs that align with strategic business objectives.
• Apply Design Thinking principles to define user problems and deliver creative, research-backed solutions.
• Develop comprehensive design assets including storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and product vision.
• Conduct informal user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on design concepts.
• Champion a user-centered design philosophy across all stages of the product development lifecycle.
• Communicate design solutions clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency, attention to detail, and high quality in all visual and interaction design work.
• Stay updated on UX best practices, design trends, and new tools/technologies.
• Work in close collaboration with development teams to ensure design fidelity in implementation and contribute to scalable design systems.
