The Sr. Manager of Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency will work across all of Akamai company functions to orchestrate Enterprise Resiliency programs. You will have deep expertise and experience in implementing and running a formal resiliency program. This will include corporate business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management.

This role is responsible for reviewing, maintaining and updating global Akamai business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions. These include risk assessments, business impact analysis, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. You will be planning, conducting, and debriefing table-top exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans.

Compensation
Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $92,900 - $193,100/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
