Sr. Application AnalystTITLE: Sr. Application Analyst

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on design strategies for client internal implementation projects. Consult with internal project teams and functional units on the design of important projects or services. Develop program logic for new applications and analyze and modify logic in existing applications. Performance tune and test mainframe code, troubleshoot performance problems, prepare code for deployment and complete all necessary SDLC documentation. Analyze complex requirements and translates business requirements into product designs. Write functional and technical specifications and other forms of documentation. Conduct planning, analysis and forecasting activities. Support business applications and lead disaster recovery.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving application development experience in the Payment industry with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Prior experience must include: 7 years working with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CA7, and VSAM; 7 years interpreting payment industry requirements into business technical requirements; 7 years of technical design writing and documentation; 7 years of analyzing requirements and coding changes for Interchange, Chargebacks, Retrievals, Settlements, and Ticket databases with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; 3 years working with the Mastercard Dispute Resolution product; and 2 years working with the Visa Claims Resolution product.
