Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB This position is responsible for the design, development, enhancement, testing, implementation, and support of custom development solutions that include applications, interfaces, extensions, and database objects. Provide technical leadership on assigned projects. Learn new technologies in support Information Technology initiatives. Provide production support and problem analysis as needed. Provide mentoring/training to IT team members.
SAP: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Design, develop, test and implement ABAP interfaces, extensions, reports, and forms.
- Design, develop, test, and implement SAP BW and SAP Business Objects solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and IT team members to ensure business requirements and application development goals are achieved.
- Provide technical leadership on all assigned projects.
- Provide application support/problem analysis as needed.
- Maintain proficiency in technical skills (SAP and others).
- Provide mentoring/training to IT team members.
- Other duties as assigned

- Maintain proficiency in technical skills (Microsoft and others).
- Provide mentoring/training to IT team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
SAP: - Five (5) years of experience designing, developing, and testing ABAP interfaces, extensions, reports, and forms.
- Development experience using ABAP Objects is preferred.
- Experience using Data Modeling experience in SAP BW.
- Experience with SAP CRM.
- SAP BusinessObjects experience is preferred.
- Researching and creating OSS notes experience.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager is preferred.
- Agile Project Management concepts knowledge.
- Experience in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing industry.
MICROSOFT: - Five (5) years of experience developing and supporting solutions based on Microsoft SQL 2005 or Microsoft SQL 2008.
- Five (5) years of experience developing and supporting .NET applications written in C# and/or Visual Basic.
- Microsoft SQL Server Integrated Services experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Stored Procedure development.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.
- Ability to use BizTalk 2013.
- SAP BusinessObjects or any Business Intelligence tool is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing industry.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in a public setting to both a technical and business audience.
- Able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Mental Functions ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS Highly diversified and complex job requiring exceptionally concentrated and exacting mental effort and alertness or extremely close work with intense visual attention.
Physical Functions Constantly (67%-100%) required to sit. Frequently (34%-66%) required to stand. Must occasionally (0%-33%) climb, lift less than 30 pounds, and walk.
EQUIPMENT USED Laptop, mobile computing devices, accessories, and general office equipment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES None required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently.
