Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Company Overview: Multus Medical is a leading provider of patient-specific medical animations tailored for personal injury attorneys handling accident cases. We work closely with plaintiff attorneys to develop engaging visuals that simplify complex medical information for court and settlement purposes. We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to strengthen our digital presence, grow our audience, and support our broader marketing efforts.

Position Overview: The Social Media & Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing Multus Medical’s digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision-making in a B2B setting.

Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and reaches our target audience effectively.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (graphics, animations, posts, etc.) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, interact with followers, and build our online community.
  • Track social media performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate monthly reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with clients, and promote webinars, events, and company news.
  • Create compelling and informative email content that aligns with our brand and meets the needs of our audience.
  • Segment email lists for targeted campaigns, track open and click-through rates, and analyze metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Website Management:

  • Manage website content, ensuring it remains updated, informative, and engaging for our audience.
  • Update visuals and optimize the site for user experience.
  • Create case studies and blog posts to drive traffic.
  • Analyze website traffic data to inform content strategy and improve website performance.

General Marketing Support:

  • Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, newsletters, blog posts, and other content to support brand growth.
  • Coordinate promotional efforts for webinars, events, or special company initiatives.
  • Attend conferences and events to generate content

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and website management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas for content across digital platforms.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and basic SEO concepts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
