Overview:
We are on the lookout for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to become an essential part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping our online presence by developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy. You will collaborate closely with our VP of Product & Marketing to enhance our digital visibility, drive brand awareness, and ensure our social media channels reflect a cohesive and engaging brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness and online visibility.
Content Creation: Craft and curate high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms, including videos, graphics, and written posts.
Social Media Management: Oversee our presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaboration: Work with public relations and marketing teams to coordinate social media campaigns, product launches, and events.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
Content Design: Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to design visually compelling content.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance, including engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness.
Community Engagement: Foster engagement by responding to comments, reviews, and messages in a timely and positive manner.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers and key partners to amplify our brand reach.
E-Commerce Oversight: Manage the e-commerce social media presence, ensuring products are showcased appealingly and engagingly.
Analytics Utilization: Use Google Analytics to track website traffic and conversions to inform social media marketing decisions.
Reporting: Provide regular insights and performance reports to measure campaign success and refine strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
Design Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic and video content creation.
Platform Management: Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
E-Commerce Insight: Knowledge of e-commerce social media management, effectively showcasing products to boost sales.
Analytical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics to track performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including PR, marketing, and design.
Influencer Experience: Experience in working with influencers and managing relationships with external partners.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
