Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

• Develop and execute groundbreaking social media strategies to amplify followers and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage and monitor daily social media activities with precision, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
• Stay ahead of the curve with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum impact.

Content Creation

• Produce top-tier, engaging, and innovative content that resonates with our audience on each platform.
• Leverage your strong copywriting and editing skills to craft compelling posts, from catchy tweets to immersive long-form storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring visually stunning multimedia content to life.

Community Engagement

• Cultivate and grow vibrant online communities, fostering a positive and engaging environment for followers.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Encourage user-generated content and spark lively discussions among hobbyists and collectors.

Analytics and Optimization

• Track and analyze social media performance using cutting-edge analytics tools.
• Decode data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Continuously optimize content and strategies based on performance metrics and algorithm shifts.

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute impactful social media campaigns that support marketing goals and product launches.
• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Passion & Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the trading card hobby and/or collecting hobbyists.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in growing customer bases and followers across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of social media platforms, advertising, branding, and customer engagement.
• Creative Genius: Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, coupled with creative skills for generating fresh and innovative ideas.
• Algorithm Savvy: Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Communication Whiz: Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
