📋 Summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Field Service Technician to support Managed Print Services at client print production facilities. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small and large format printers and copiers. You’ll be trained to deliver technical solutions and provide on-site support, ensuring smooth operations for ARC customers.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Deliver, assemble, and install large and small format machines
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software to manufacturer specifications
• Record service activity in Fleet Manager system
• Support new customer installations and removals
• Conduct site surveys and attend customer meetings
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent service disruptions
• Maintain operational reports for accuracy and efficiency
• Travel to customer sites for equipment service and support
• Respond to emergency service requests and recommend solutions
• Suggest process improvements for supply and equipment handling
• Complete required training and certifications
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Communicate proactively about service issues

🎯 What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Basic computer skills; Adobe and Microsoft Office experience a plus
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds
