Senior RPA Developer

Location: Washington, DC metro area (Hybrid work)

Required: US Citizen

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UiPath, cloud technologies like AWS, and experience integrating APIs through platforms like Apigee. A strong understanding of AI/ML technologies is essential to drive intelligent automation initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and automate business processes.

• Implement API integrations using Apigee for seamless system communication.

• Leverage AWS cloud services to optimize automation performance and scalability.

• Apply AI/ML technologies to enhance RPA capabilities, enabling intelligent process automation.

• Led and mentored junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation workflows.

• Prepare detailed technical documentation and support production deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years using UiPath.
• Expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and API Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with the Apigee API management platform.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AWS SageMaker.
• Proficient in programming languages like C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Entry on Duty (EOD)" status with USCIS

• Previously held a clearance with DHS

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with OCR tools, NLP models, and data analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
