Position Description:

As a Senior Financial Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be key in driving the company's financial performance through accurate forecasting, insightful analysis, and strategic decision support. You will collaborate across departments to provide financial insights, develop budgets, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.

Jaipur, Gurugram -India.

Reports To:

Dustin Sparks, Sr. Manager R&D\

What We’re Looking For:

Entrees (Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering outcomes.

With a side of (additional skills)

• Experience in month-end closing processes including posting journal entries, reconciliation, and accruals

• Experience in analyzing trends and providing summaries for operating expenses

• Experience with ERP systems specifically Microsoft Dynamics / F&O

• Experience working with Planful or other financial projection tools  

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Prepare month-end journal entries for expenses including prepaid, tradeshows, commissions, etc.

• Analyze variances in month over month trends providing clear rationale and support

• Respond to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders  

• Prepare and maintain headcount upload and reporting

• Assist in responding to audit request including internal and external auditors
