We’re looking for an engineer with extensive experience in power infrastructure for industrial facilities, particularly in medium- and low-voltage systems. Our projects range from large-scale power generation facilities to control level distribution, offering a diverse and engaging workload. As a consulting firm, we support clients across a wide spectrum of industries and facility types—from state-of-the-art manufacturing spaces to older industrial plants—making this an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety and values client interaction.

Responsibilities: - Define project requirements, delegate tasks to staff, and oversee projects through to completion, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of deliverables
- Serve as a project manager, handling correspondence, estimates, schedules, material lists, design considerations, and drawings
- Review and redline existing drawings, maintain project documentation, and coordinate project files
- Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals, including architects and engineers, to ensure seamless design integration
- Independently manage projects of moderate size and complexity while supporting senior engineers on larger, more intricate assignments
- Assist project managers with correspondence, estimates, schedules, material lists, design concepts, calculations, and documentation, ensuring compliance with customer, corporate, and industry standards
- Apply industry best practices and company standards to oversee the development of calculations, project drawings, and specifications
- Mentor and guide entry-level engineers, providing technical development, progress reviews, and coaching
- Coordinate with internal and external partners—including cross-discipline teams, construction teams, vendors, fabricators, and clients—to address electrical-related challenges
- Execute advanced engineering tasks that require creativity and critical thinking, solving unique electrical challenges that may have limited or no direct code guidance
Requirements: Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 10+ years of electrical engineering and design experience, with a preference for consulting experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration, strongly preferred
- Strong background in power infrastructure for industrial facilities, including experience with medium- and low-voltage systems
- Experience and enthusiasm for working across a broad range of project types and power distribution levels
- Proficiency using ETAP or SKM, Visual or similar analytical software
- Proficiency working with details and designing with AutoCAD and Revit drafters
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to comply with company drug screening, including pre-employment tests
- A valid driver\'s license, along with the ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state
Benefits: Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
