Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy and compliance of information entered into our system, following client and company standards.
Verify the integrity of data and confirm the skillset of field technicians.
Review and evaluate medical charts to ensure compliance with all required specifications.
Identify and calculate key data measures within medical records.
Recommend best practices to avoid PHI violations and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify deficiencies and escalate issues to the team lead as needed.
Keep track of trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Contact providers by phone to retrieve accurate information.
Requirements:

Ability to work remotely with minimal distractions.
No time off allowed during the first 90 days (no exceptions).
At least 6 months of experience in data entry, compliance review, or a related healthcare field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in medical record review, filing, or clerical work is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in typing and computer skills.
Ability to maintain focus and productivity throughout the shift (no flexibility for personal errands or secondary jobs during work hours).
Training Hours:

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM MST (Training Period)
Candidate's schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Post-Training Hours:
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST
10:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST
(Note: Hours will adjust based on daylight saving time to remain consistent with supervisors' schedules.)
