Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr
Description: This position is responsible for operating print presses and ensuring high-quality output in accordance with client specifications. Key responsibilities include reviewing job requests, mixing colors, configuring and aligning machinery, inspecting production samples, and maintaining necessary supplies. The role also involves troubleshooting and performing basic repairs and routine maintenance on equipment, as well as upholding cleanliness around the work area. Additional related tasks may be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements: The position requires strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, along with the ability to follow instructions and demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidates should be capable of operating, or quickly learning to operate, various printing machines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational or technical training is preferred, and previous related experience is a plus. Physically, applicants must be able to operate printing equipment, frequently bend or kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds.
