Physical Therapy Assistant duties and responsibilities:
The physical therapy assistant will implement treatment plans for students, assisting with exercises, guiding them through therapy, and teach them to use adaptive equipment to improve their physical access in the educational environment. Key duties include monitoring and recording student progress, preparing and maintaining therapy equipment, and collaborating with the PT, parents, and educators to support the student's needs. The ability to lift at least 30 pounds is recommended.
WA State PT License is Required for this position. Qualifications and skills:This position is ideally in person with travel, but can also be online.
