Job Description
Job Summary (List Format) - SAP Platform Architect
- Oversee and facilitate SAP platform usage throughout its lifecycle, from implementation/upgrades to optimization.
- Apply technical expertise to design solutions that meet business needs and deliver high performance.
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure SAP platform architectures.
- Lead SAP upgrades and migrations by staying updated on latest SAP technologies and creating smooth upgrade plans.
- Serve as the main technical expert for SAP Basis and BTP, including installations, upgrades, patching, tuning, sizing, disaster recovery planning, and archiving.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Lucid Chart diagrams, knowledge base articles, architectural procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Support a global organization by communicating fluently in both Portuguese and English.
- Ensure best practices in SAP utilization and business process transformation.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in information technology and systems analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies, and SAP Clean Core principles.
- Experience with SAP LeanIX and Signavio for documenting enterprise architectures and business processes.
- End-to-end architectural design experience for SAP Rise solution landscapes.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their support via data/software applications.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
