Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations. Your daily responsibilities will balance strategic planning, hands-on development, collaboration, and leadership.

You will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to guide the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce solutions, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

### Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Salesforce Implementations**: Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, lead technical design sessions with clients, and develop custom solutions and integrations.
- **Code Development**: Write and review code, create custom functionalities, and integrate third-party applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- **Technical Guidance**: Provide mentorship to customers and internal teams, offering insights on best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, addressing issues related to data integration, performance, and security.
- **Project Planning**: Collaborate with project managers to define scope, estimate effort, and create implementation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams (Technical Architects, Business Analysts, Administrators, QA, and Developers) to ensure smooth communication and alignment between technical and business needs.
- **Pre-Sales Support**: Utilize your customer-facing skills to support pre-sales processes and engage with potential clients.
- **Platform Upgrades**: Lead platform upgrades and updates, ensuring your team stays current with Salesforce releases and assessing their impact on existing implementations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and coding guidelines, contributing to internal knowledge and scalability.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about industry trends and Salesforce features, recommending enhancements and optimizations for existing implementations.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training to teams and end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use and maintain Salesforce applications.

### Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, including 2-3+ years as a Technical Lead or Developer.
- 2-4+ years of experience managing offshore resources.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning, LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development (3+ years).
- 2+ years of experience with Web Services development or Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and knowledge of other areas such as Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Field Service.
- Experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
- Ability to refine user stories to address technical aspects (security, visibility, scalability, performance) to ensure feasibility.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, data warehouses, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Strong understanding of Development Lifecycle, release management, and deployment methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing interactions.
- Comfortable with Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to pursue additional certifications, such as:
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer I
- Sharing and Visibility Architect
- Data Architect
