About the Role
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of sales, customer service, and office operations? We're looking for a Sales / Office Representative to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a small but dedicated team.
As a key member of our office, you'll handle sales inquiries, coordinate moving services, and provide outstanding customer support. This hybrid role allows you to work both remotely and in our office as needed.
What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate pricing estimates and explain service options.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales and schedule moves.
Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
Coordinate moving schedules with operations and dispatch teams.
Process contracts, invoices, and payments.
Address customer concerns and find timely solutions.
Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to help generate leads and promotions.
Schedule & Flexibility
Full-time position, with hours that may adjust to part-time during slower seasons.
Standard schedule: Monday, Wednesday - Saturday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Off: Sundays & Tuesdays
Some weekend or evening hours may be required based on business needs.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office administration (moving or logistics industry experience is a plus!).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and phone systems.
Highly Organized: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-Focused: A proactive, problem-solving mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
