Overview:This position will have an overall focus on the recruitment of Tennis, Golf and Academic Only students for Saddlebrook Preparatory School. Works in cooperation with a network of third party sports and educational consultancy agencies to drive annual enrollment and revenue. The Saddlebrook Prep Recruiter will be in charge of managing lead generation for the Tennis and Golf Academies by establishing relationships with the existing Agency networks and support the Directors Tennis and Golf Programs and the Head of School.
Position Responsibilities:
Marketing
· Assist in driving the Marketing outreach plan for the Recruitment & Referral Program
o Assist in developing outreach plans to define the competitive differentiation and key messages to promote the Recruitment & Referral and build brand awareness among the target audience to generate and increase business.
o Outreach activities to be planned and executed may include event promotion and activation, marketing materials development, digital marketing strategy and execution, CRM/e-mail marketing, SEO/SEM, and website/social media content and advertising to optimize the marketing mix and revenue in the assigned business areas.
· Manage and organize the many key interactions with educational consultancy agencies and media partners across all relevant sports or business areas, to increase awareness for our target audiences
· Represent Saddlebrook Sports Academies at key market events to identify new potential referral agencies across the globe
Business Development
· Work closely with sports staff and VP of Saddlebrook International Sports to create, monitor and report on goals and objectives for the Recruitment & Referral Program
· Researches competitors and industry trends to ensure implementation of best practices with the Recruitment & Referral Program
· Supports Leads communication strategy and sharing of information with Marketing and Outreach, including PR and multiple media outlets, to ensure maximum exposure for the Recruitment & Referral Program
· Assist the VP of SIS with Identifying, vetting and sending third party agreements to onboard new agencies
Sales:
· Service the lifecycle of the sales and enrollment process for Academy & Camp Program enrollments
· Support enrolled Agencies on SIS programs, sales and marketing updates
· Manage tracking of activity to review pipeline management, sales delivered, and prospective agencies with VP of SIS
· Maintaining an accurate pipeline of prospective and enrolled Agencies
· Supporting and maintaining a high level of understanding of the four year model for the Academy program student-athlete
· Determining Agency needs and expectations while making expert recommendations to maximize their leads to sales conversion
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
· 2+ years of educational placement experience
· Bilingual preferred
· Experience working successfully and energetically on the phone, in groups, as well as in person
· Ability to think creatively and sell strategically
· Track record of developing long-term relationships with clients, companies, and agencies
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent online, written and verbal communication skills
· Experienced business judgment- positive, persistent, and professional
· Enjoy problem solving and be unafraid of technical solutions
