Registered Nurse - Telephone Triage (Pediatric & Adult)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide telephone triage services for both pediatric and adult patients.
Offer expert advice and guidance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for patients.
Use your strong multitasking and excellent computer skills to manage patient inquiries efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:

At least 5 years of nursing experience (preferably in Emergency Department, call center, or triage within a provider's office).
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay calm and collected under pressure.
Compassionate and dedicated, with a strong team mentality.
Compact nurses are encouraged to apply; additional nursing licenses may be required.
