As a  Retail Sales Associate , you'll be the go-to resource for customers seeking the latest products and services from our partners. Your primary role will be helping customers find the right devices, plans, and accessories to suit their needs. You'll deliver top-tier customer service, stay current on the latest products, and contribute to the ongoing success of our retail store. Our team prides itself on providing competitive, professional service through motivated, well-trained, and friendly associates.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional and engaging customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through negotiation and upselling strategies.
• Serve as a product expert, focusing on product features and benefits rather than discounts.
• Provide professional support and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with fellow Retail Sales Associates to create innovative sales strategies and maximize profitability.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• An Associate's Degree is preferred but not required.
• 1 year of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related entry-level position.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with others.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A strong desire to continuously grow and succeed.
