What You'll Need to Succeed:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry

Knowledge of restaurant management structures

Experience in recruiting and/or sales

Proficiency in internet search engines and Microsoft Office

A high level of professionalism and integrity

Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ability to follow established recruiting protocols

A self-starter attitude with strong self-discipline

An entrepreneurial mindset
