We support our customers in making buildings more climate-friendly, more comfortable and more affordable – with connected real estate, simple products and high processing and service quality. We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.

With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for further developing beyonnex’s Enterprise-IoT-Suite and services to ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the group of companies. In addition, the following tasks will be part of your position:

• You will become a member of one of our engineering teams, building products of the beyonnex ecosystem
• You actively deal with requirements/ flow management and the design of .NET-based solutions
• You will be involved in every part of the software engineering process and in the lifecycle of the services that your team is building – design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, operations and improving software based on user feedback and usage metrics
• You will work closely with our product experts and product owners to iteratively improve our products and services by conceiving, refining and delivering new ideas. A dedicated QA-team supports you during testing, to keep a high standard of quality
• You will proactively identify areas of improvement and propose solutions

We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:

• Professional experience with C#/.NET
• Experience implementing REST web services
• Experience working with relational databases & Entity Framework Core. Ability to write complex queries & optimizing database performance
• Ability to collaborate & communicate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to design and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Practical experience working in agile development teams
• Curiosity and the ability to learn fast
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability and willingness to challenge existing processes and approaches

Benefits are following skills and interests:

• Experience working with Cloud Service Providers (preferably deploying and running .NET applications on AWS) are of great advantage
• Experience with Blazor and/or message streaming platforms(Kafka) is a plus
• Skills in developing distributed systems, preferably following a cloud-native paradigm
• Good Know-How in Frontend web technologies such as HTML, CSS & Framework like Angular or react are advantageous
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and gitlab is beneficial
• Experience with TDD & DDD
• German language skills are an additional plus
