Job Description

Our Hueman team is hiring Recruiters to support key client partnerships in Jacksonville, FL. These roles are responsible for managing the full recruitment process — from attraction through hire — using a range of resources including professional networking, job boards, and social media. Recruiters have ownership of sourcing, vetting, and successfully onboarding outstanding candidates for our partners.

This is a hybrid on-site position. We are looking for candidates who are able to work in our Jacksonville, FL office location on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day recruitment operations.
  • Review resumes and assess relevant skills and qualifications.
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Regularly obtain feedback from hiring managers and assist with offer process.
  • Use designated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Engage and source quality passive candidates via networking sites, search engines, and applicant databases.
  • Schedule intake meetings and regular touchpoints with hiring managers to align on position requirements and discuss recruitment strategy.
  • In coordination with the marketing team, develop marketing strategies and monitor activities and results for assigned positions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and appropriate leaders in each partnership.
  • Provide world-class customer service to both candidates and partnership leaders.
  • Collaborate with Hueman Leadership to determine individual recruitment goals aligned with client expectations and existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure that recruitment goals and metrics are consistently met.
  • Participate in Hueman team meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Support account-level process improvements.
  • Proactively communicate about positions at-risk and escalate to the appropriate Hueman Leader as needed.
  • Complete weekly reporting for partnership contacts as required.
  • May require occasional travel to client sites, conferences, and other recruiting events.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , ideally within healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or commercial recruiting .
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume requisition loads and meeting time-sensitive hiring goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to provide a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment when working from home.
  • Candidates hired for this position must pass onboarding and credentialing requirements set by both Hueman and the client.

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
  • In-office on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday – option to work from home on Tuesday/Friday
