Recruiter
Valle Vista Health System is a 132-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in the beautiful community of Greenwood, IN. Valle Vista Health System features individual units for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Position Summary:
P rovide recruitment and onboarding services for all assigned positions for facility . Will create and manage open positions in ATS real-time and subsequent internal and external job postings across all career sites and necessary job boards. Will s ource, pre-screen, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates and applicants with hiring manager(s). Manages the full life cycle of recruitment in timely fashion adhering to key recruitment benchmarks. Will develop recruitment techniques, strategies, and action plans to efficiently support recruitment workload across entry level, supervisor, and director level roles. Collaborate with senior leadership, hiring managers and HR Director on pertinent recruitment initiatives, including position control management, maintaining relevant compensation grids and market analysis, managing recruitment budget and related department goals.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field of study.
Experience : Minimum of 3-years working as a Recruiter or related Human Resources role with a heavy emphasis on high-volume, full cycle recruitment; preferably within a healthcare setting/industry.
