What You’ll Do:
- Strategize & Execute: Design innovative recruitment strategies, including career fairs, industry groups, social media outreach, and more to attract high-potential talent.
- Find the Best: Source candidates through various channels like alumni networks, social media, and recruitment databases, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants.
- Assess Talent: Screen resumes, conduct phone screen and interviews, and evaluate candidates for hiring managers.
- Collaborate: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Stay Organized: Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, manage recruiting logistics, including scheduling interviews, maintaining databases, and handling all candidate communications.
- Employer Branding: Help promote the company’s brand through creative recruitment marketing, social media presence, and participation in industry events.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with recruitment trends, analyze hiring data, and refine strategies to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
- Engage: Host and participate in campus career days, conferences, and other events, actively engaging with potential candidates to build our talent pipeline.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Communication: Charismatic, engaging, and able to connect with diverse audiences effortlessly.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in social media content creation and candidate sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and more. Must also have at least 1 year of experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
- In-Depth Analysis: Use a variety of tools and sources of information to analyze which recruiting efforts yield the best results.
- Networking Pro: Skilled at building relationships, with a knack for connecting with candidates and professional organizations.
- Industry Insight: In tune with the latest recruitment trends and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Travel: Ability to travel to attend career fairs and participate in events to promote Frost.
- Human Generalist Experience: Not a must have for this position, but is a plus to assist with other areas of Human Resources as needed, such as benefits and general questions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
