HouzAZ & Associates is on the lookout for a Real Estate Showing Assistant who is eager to refine their expertise in analytics, negotiation, and property scouting. In today's dynamic market, having outstanding skills and effectively communicating value to buyers is crucial for success in the ever-changing real estate landscape.

• While a valid Arizona real estate license is required to join our team, it is not necessary to apply.
• Our office is located at 17235 N 75th Ave, Suite C115, Glendale, AZ

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Track tasks and activities in using our state-of-the-art CRM system
