Compensation: $40,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments with realtors and field agents, ensuring quick response times to meet client needs.
Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to nurture leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain an organized CRM to track lead information and ensure agents have up-to-date details for the listing and closing process.
Grow and nurture existing business opportunities within a specific geographical area to expand the sales region.
Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, highlighting progress toward company goals.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of real estate sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Open to remote candidates.
