Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Closer to join our team and play a key role in facilitating smooth and efficient real estate closings. In this role, you will work closely with clients, lenders, agents, and other real estate professionals to ensure all closing requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Closing Preparation:
  • Prepare Closing Disclosures and HUD-1 statements.
  • Verify the resolution of title issues.
  • Assemble complete closing packages.
• Funding & Disbursement:
  • Obtain funding authorization from lenders.
  • Accurately balance and disburse closing funds.
• Collaboration & Workflow:
  • Collaborate with pre-closing and post-closing teams.
  • Prepare files for attorney review.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
• Performance Expectations:
  • Complete an average of 40 closings per month.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential real estate closing experience.

• Commercial real estate closing experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Proficiency with Qualia, Softpro, or LandTech software.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
