Radiologist – Mammography Specialist

Job Title: Board-Certified Radiologist – Mammography Specialist (MQSA Certified)
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid: Onsite + Remote)
Compensation: $650,000 (1099 Rate) + 9 Weeks Vacation
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends or Overnight Shifts

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Breast Radiologist to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team at leading medical centers in New Jersey. This hybrid position offers an attractive compensation package, generous vacation, and a supportive work environment with a balanced schedule — combining 3 onsite days and 2 remote workdays per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Breast Biopsies: Perform image-guided procedures including ultrasound-guided and stereotactic breast biopsies
• Patient Consultations: Communicate clearly with patients, explain procedures, and address any concerns or questions
• Procedure Planning: Coordinate with referring providers to ensure the best diagnostic and interventional strategies
• Post-Procedure Care: Monitor patient recovery, manage complications, and provide timely follow-up
• Medical Documentation: Accurately document all procedures, findings, and patient interactions in a timely manner
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and improvement programs to support high standards of patient care

Facility Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Workload: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
• EMR: EPIC
• PACS: INFINITT
• No call, no weekends, no overnights

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Radiology
• Fellowship-trained in Mammography
• MQSA Certification required
• Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey
• Proficiency in performing breast biopsy procedures
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
