We’re currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Quality Control Clerk. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, precision, and overall quality of printed materials and direct mail campaigns. This position requires a keen eye for detail, and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Sample QA forms as required.
• Update Bindery and Mail status report daily.
• QC all samples produced in the Pressroom, Bindery & Mailroom
• QC regular run in Pressroom, Bindery and Mailroom as scheduled - utilizing the QC Inspection report
• Follow sample Excel documents

• Band sample shipments when required
• QC jobs at the beginning of all manufacturing stages
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• GED / High School Diploma
• Knowledge of USPS regulations are helpful
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
• Ability to stand for extended period
