Job Description

This role, located in our Work Ready program in Center City Philadelphia. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

 

  • Completes data entry into AIMS/CWDS, and internal databases.
  • Coordinates with QA Referrals Specialist to ensure new referrals and packets are received into the file room.
  • Communicates with clinical staff regarding files and file room.
  • Maintains records of, and tracks all files in file room and in storage
  • Communicates with Supervisor of Quality Assurance as issues arise
  • Audits files.
  • Assists in the training of new staff on how to complete and maintain files
  • High school education or equivalency and 3 years data entry or related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel). Willingness to learn JEVS specific database.
  • Must be able to type 60 words per minute.

The base pay for this position ranges from $29,000 to $35,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
