Job Description

Our client, am Engineering & Infrastructure company, is seeking a Proposal Designer to join their team for a temp to perm opportunity in Franklin, TN. The ideal candidate will have expert level Adobe InDesign skills and experience creative proposals within architecture, engineering, construction services, or similar. This position is a hybrid requiring two to three days onsite per week. The Proposal Designer will play a crucial role in creating compelling and visually appealing proposals that effectively communicate our company's expertise, experience, and solutions to prospective clients. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft winning proposals that align with our brand identity and showcase our strengths in the AEC industry.

• Pay range: $30-35/hr
• Temp to perm
• Full Time Hours, 2-3 days per week onsite in Franklin, TN

Responsibilities:

• Expert level Indesign skills and experience laying out proposals/RFP's
• familiarity with architectural design, engineering design and construction services
• Layout proposals/RFP's in Indesign (taking information provided by team leads) speaking with subject matter experts and other contributors for required information
• Provide direction and a timeline to ensure timely delivery
• Compose and Review responses for compliance, accuracy and content before submitting
• Design marketing materials for business development and promotional purposes and ensures branding guidelines are incorporated into all marketing materials

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Four-year degree (English, Communications, or Marketing) or equivalent business experience with two years’ experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.
• Candidate must be detail-oriented, familiarity with engineering marketing preferred.
• Must have a creative approach to data design.
• Ability to follow direction and provide suggestions to enhance layouts/designs.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
