Our work depends on a Project/Task Manager joining our team to evolve and maintain network infrastructure for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration.
HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality
Manage the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts
Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
Manages risk management and tracking process
Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison
Coordinates development of deliverables and products
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
Manages medium to large teams working on complex technical projects
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery
Act as Scrum Master where the contractor will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes, working collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Substitutions will be based on additional years of experience)
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills:
- Project Management, People Management, Deliverables Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Planning, IT Project Management
Security Clearance Level:
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Possess Q or TS level clearance (or their equivalency) with the ability to obtain a Q level clearance
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain such clearance as a condition of employment
Required Skills and Abilities:

The likely salary range for this position is $108,979 - $147,443. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
