Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to support our Data Warehouse / Reporting Project implementation. This role combines business analysis and project management skills to support multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones for data warehouse implementation projects.
    • Coordinate resources and support project kick-off meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements for data warehouse projects.
    • Conduct analysis and feasibility studies, and work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
    • Facilitate discussions and workshops to ensure collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular status reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies, including PowerBI and SQL.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Backgrounds in Insurance, Contract Administration, and Finance are preferred.
  • Experience in leading IT requirements gathering sessions and reviewing data to pull KPIs.
