HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Program Manager and play a key role in managing the RYSE Innovation Hub project management platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with presentation development.
Managing schedules, note-taking, recording, and follow-up communications for meetings related to RYSE Youth Innovation Advisor (YIA) activities.
Coordinating invoicing and managing internal resource repositories.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
A BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field (or equivalent experience).
Three to five years of experience in your area of expertise, including at least one year as a Project Coordinator.
Experience overseeing the work of hourly staff and/or consultants.
Strong group facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient people skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and related applications, including Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision.
Experience in monitoring project budgets.
Initiative to oversee projects with multiple tasks from conception to completion.
Ability to balance designated project tasks with routine duties.
Willingness to meet tight deadlines and work additional hours as needed.
Ability to travel as assigned (a valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required for using a personal vehicle or rental car for business purposes).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing invoicing and project financials.
Background in youth engagement, including group facilitation skills.
Familiarity with overseeing project management platforms.
