What makes someone choose one company over another?  Pay, benefits, training, work satisfaction, culture? What if you can have it all? At G2 Ops, we have extremely competitive pay and benefits but that is not even the best part. Our culture is what sets us apart from other companies. With us, you will not be another payroll number or a cog in the machine. We provide great value to our customers by working as a team and ensuring every member is set up for success. Our team approach allows for each member to not only provide value with their expertise but also gives them the opportunity to cross-train in other areas in which they have an interest.

Embracing AI. G2 Ops stays ahead of the competition by embracing the latest technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are looking for team members who are excited to explore and implement AI solutions that can improve internal workflows and deliver superior results for our clients. Whether you are reducing manual processes or developing predictive models, we provide the tools and support to make AI an integral part of your work.

Let's talk salary.  The annual salary range for this position is  $100,000 - $130,000  based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. With company standard annual performance reviews in place, plus excellence awards for recognition, your performance will be rewarded and appreciated, we promise!

So, you want to work from home?  Let's be honest, remote work is not always all it's cut out to be. At G2 Ops, we offer a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our employees and customers. Due to the classification level of the projects we support, we are not able to offer fully remote opportunities at this time. As a Defense Contractor, we are frequently working with sensitive material, and therefore, we need to ensure where you access your work is secure.

You will have a shiny desk at our G2 Ops office, plus the opportunity to work at a military site directly with our customers (this is a good thing!). We do allow teleworking with prior approval, but supporting the DoD, you will be required to work at a military site as well.  Here's the thing, we have worked very hard to create an awesome culture where our employees get to come to a collaborative, exciting office environment and we want you to join the fun!

Still Not Convinced? Let Us Elaborate.  For this contingent opportunity, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator  to provide crucial support in managing and coordinating system engineering projects for NAVWAR. You’ll help ensure that NAVWAR’s systems and projects align with established processes and timelines, supporting mission-critical initiatives. If you have experience working in defense environments or have supported DoD systems engineering projects across the engineering lifecycle, you’ll understand the importance of maintaining efficient, organized, and streamlined operations.
Your role will be pivotal in assisting with project tracking, resource allocation, documentation, and communication across teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and that all objectives are met on time. By joining our team, you will contribute to the success of NAVWAR's systems engineering processes , ensuring they are secure, efficient, and aligned with the Navy’s strategic goals.

What Does This Mean to You?  This role is more than just administrative—it’s a chance to be at the heart of driving successful projects within NAVWAR. As a Project Coordinator , you’ll help manage and coordinate key project activities that support the development of secure, high-performance communication systems for the Navy. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of NAVWAR’s engineering efforts.

In this position, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the continuous improvement of engineering practices by assisting with project tracking , managing schedules, handling documentation, and supporting cross-functional communication. You’ll ensure that the development lifecycle stays on track and that key milestones are achieved, all while adhering to best practices and industry standards. By joining our team, you’ll help strengthen the Navy’s mission-critical systems and contribute to the success of the Navy’s strategic objectives. Your work will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the Navy’s evolving mission requirements—ultimately helping to secure the warfighter and contribute to national defense.

Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active   DoD Secret level clearance  and a B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

Quick Reminder , we are seeking a full-time  team member; the continuation of outside employment shall not constitute a conflict with the Company’s interest, including performing work for a customer or competitor.

Congratulations , you made it all the way to the end of this job posting! We look forward to learning more about you!
