Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Set and achieve production targets for output, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Implement and enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production flow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met through robust quality control procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities
