A leading custom metal fabrication company is looking for a Production Manager to come join their team as the company looks to grow their shop floor team. They specialize in providing high-quality CNC machining, laser cutting, and metal forming for various industries (aerospace, audio, automotive, defense, etc.) and operate in a job shop environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all of the shop floor with exception to the quality department which ranges from 15-25 team members. You will be responsible for eventually elevating a Lead for each shop floor division and the efficiencies of the shop floor. We are looking for someone who wants to grow within the organization and be there long term. You will be responsible for owning a portion of the P&L specifically overtime cost, scrap or rework metrics, etc. This role is 100% onsite in Riverside, California and shift hours will be anywhere between 8-10 days, Monday through Friday with flexibility between 7 AM- 5 PM.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Production Manager/Shop Floor Manager role (within a job shop environment)
- 10+ in the metal fabrication industry with hands on machining experience (CNC Machinist Experience)
- Comfortable navigating any ERP system for data metrics or efficiency report- Epicor Preferred
-Strong leadership skills
-Ability to forge strong working relationships and build rapport with leaders and personnel of all levels across teams and organization
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal -Epicor Experience null
