Administer prescribed medications and treatments following healthcare providers' instructions.
Regularly monitor and document patient vital signs and progress to track improvements.

Work collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams to ensure effective coordination of patient care.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years of experience working in Private duty nursing as an LVN.
Required to possess an active LVN license, specifically in the state of Texas.
Proficient in the performance of patient assessments and the development of personalized care plans.
Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
