Monarch Air Group is a leading private jet charter brokerage, offering luxury air travel with unmatched service. We’re looking for a motivated PR & Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story, manage marketing campaigns, and elevate our brand in the private aviation space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch Monarch’s Story: Actively pitch and promote Monarch’s story to both traditional and digital media outlets, establishing and maintaining relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers. You’ll help ensure that Monarch’s voice resonates across multiple platforms, reaching our audience through both editorial and social media-driven stories.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns, including content creation, press releases, social media, and events.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Develop persuasive materials such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Manage social media: Take charge of Monarch’s social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Your role will include crafting engaging posts, scheduling regular content, managing community interactions, and using analytics tools to track engagement and optimize content strategy.

Social media will be key to enhancing Monarch's digital presence, driving conversations, and increasing brand loyalty.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, to boost brand visibility.
  • Stay Current: Stay up to date with trends and best practices in the private aviation industry, identifying innovative PR and marketing opportunities to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing and PR efforts are aligned with Monarch’s brand voice, values, and identity.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years in PR, marketing, or communications, ideally in luxury travel or aviation.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent writing and speaking abilities, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Creative & Organized: Ability to think creatively, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy: Experienced with social media, content management tools, and analytics.
  • Passionate About Aviation: Interest in the private jet industry is a plus.
