**Pay Rate:**

**What you'll be doing as a Pipe Fitter:**
+ Perform pipe welding, installation, and repair based on project requirements
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper layout and fit
+ Conduct quality assurance checks to meet specifications and standards
+ Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and tools as needed
+ Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion
**Available shifts:**
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
**Job requirements:**
+ Technical skills: Proficiency in various welding techniques (SMAW, GTAW, MIG, etc.), a strong understanding of welding codes (like API 1104), and the ability to operate welding equipment
+ Mechanical and problem-solving: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to handle challenges on the job
+ Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to ensure precision in every weld
+ Physical endurance: The physical stamina to work long hours, lift heavy objects, and work in difficult or extreme weather conditions, such as heat or cold
+ Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
+ Education and certifications: A high school diploma or G.E.D. is typically required, along with formal training from a trade school, an apprenticeship, and/or certifications like those from the American Welding Society (AWS)
+ Background check and drug test required
