Job Description

Warehouse Pick/Packer 

Pay: $17.00

Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm 

Warehouse Pick/Packer duties and responsibilities:

• Locate and retrieve products from shelves, racks, or bins based on order lists or computer-generated instruction.
• Secure picked items into boxes, containers, or packaged materials, ensuring they are protected and properly labeled for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records, update warehouse management systems, and report discrepancies or issues. 
• Inspect product for damage, verify quantity, and ensure accuracy before packing.
• Load packed boxes onto shipping pallets, prepare shipment for delivery, and coordinate with shipping personnel
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including rotating stock and managing storage space.
• Always follow safety policies and procedures.

Warehouse Pick/Packer Skill and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Ged 
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs
• Ability to move in a full range of motion
• Ability to stand for extended periods. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Reading and communication skills. 
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring
• Background check and drug test required
